What's are some very good, yet very easy software for the making of a business website?

We don't really know much about website creation, so what are some good programs that are very easy to use, but have very good results. All we have is Photoshop, which we are quite good in, but that's it.

This is for an emerging Engineering company selling products and is a very serious project.

Pricing is not an issue.

Photoshop is a good start. Recommend Flash and Fireworks. Adobe's Creative Suite 4 Web Standard is very good.
