I'm not too fond of Superman (being that he's a gigantic douche), so I can't answer the first one. However, I've got to go with Batman and Ultimate Spider-Man for the latter two. One of the reasons I prefer Ulty Spidey over Amazing Spider-Man is that it's great to FINALLY see what actually happened in Peter's teen years (yes, it's a totally different universe, but the premise is still the same) since in E-616 continuity we go from Peter getting his powers at 14 to him being in college in a couple of issues. (And they wondered why it seemed like the character was being aged too much.) Also, the whole last 5 years in the Marvel Universe has completely messed everything up in E-616, anyway. (Not counting OMD/BND; I've always hated Mary Jane - except in the Ultimate Universe, coincidentally - so I didn't really care when the suits at Marvel broke them up.)
