how much do you Think a spider-man marvel 25th anniversary comic book from 1986 would be worth?

OK i have this marvel 25th anniversary spider-man comic and its when spider-man faces this guy called magma and Ive never read it before but i figure he dies because in the front cover it says "this is it the end of the read suit and it says "don't dare skip the last page "and its a limited addition collectors item it seems kinda old and i got it when my parents used to work for the printing compony and they did not know what it was worth so does any one know the value of this comic-book.! thanx
