i had a dream that red small ants are sticking in my skull and i am taking them out from the dead skull skin(dandruf). What does this dream means?

red = alert, danger
small ants = tedious problems
skull = things that expose, self esteem
dandruff or dead skull skin = unworthy things, giving up
