I think that this is a perfect deal for you.
Cuddyer's been hot at 1B so far, but he may trail off, while Pujols has hit over 40 HR and .330 each of the last 4 years, so he's a proven quantity.
Obviously Reyes is great, but you're getting Tavares, who can really help you with the SBs you'll be losing.
McCann was great for the last 2/3 of 2006, but we really have little to go on for him. He will be a better catcher over the rest of the season, but Pierzynski will hold his own.
My only concern is what you'll do at SS. I believe Bill Hall is eligible there, and you will put Aramis back at 3B when he's healthy, but who will you play ing the meantime? Either use DeRosa (who won't continue any hot hitting for a while) or pick up someone decent in the meantime (is Ryan Braun available?). Also, you probably don't need as many bench hitters as you have- they don't get you any fantasy stats. But after this trade, you'll be in really good shape. Good luck...
