Spider-Man and The Hulk are off to work with Mickey Mouse and Miley Cyrus. Stan Lee has sold Marvel Entertainment to Disney for $4.3 billion. Marvel Entertainment investors will be paid $30 a share in cash for the sale when Marvel is removed from the New York Stock Exchange on January 11, 2010.
