why is it that evry time i run 3 or more miles my back gets realy tight and it hurts a lot like a sore muscle.
i run a lot and i have this problem and i have to stop runing fore 2 days or more.
It's possible that your muscles are trying to protect your vertebra from the constant impact of your feet on the pavement. They are tightening around the vertebra to hold them tight.
You might try better shoes, or learn the correct way to run (if that is the problem, I don't mean any offense).
Try running on something softer.
Good luck to you.
If you've been around for a little while online and you're either considering setting up a site or already run one, then chances are good that you've run into the VPS (Virtual Private Server) solution being advertised. Maybe you've also come across a few hosting providers who offer Shared Hosting and wondered what that was about. Well, it's a lot simpler than it might sound to understand both of these solutions. In a nutshell, shared Website Hosting is an account where you use the same server as other users where as with VPS Hosting you have your own specially segmented server to use that's built within an existing server but totally separate from any other users being able to access it. Both solutions can be great, but if you are planning on doing heavy traffic Video Hosting you might favor the VPS because you can have that rebooted much more easily without affecting other users the way a reboot would on a shared account. VPS gives you 'superuser' access, as well, so you can customize the server much more thoroughly than you would be allowed to in a shared hosting environment.
The primary advantage to a shared server is that you are going to pay less for your hosting because there are multiple people getting the most out of the server. You also may run into fewer problems since your host is managing those accounts and is going to be careful about what sorts of software gets put onto them. When they need to keep everyone happy that means avoiding hassles, but it also means more restrictions. Not all shared accounts will offer FFMPEG Hosting for you to run a YouTube style site, for example, so you may want to consider VPS if you plan to have that sort of site or in the very least thoroughly examine your provider before deciding which plan works best for you. It's all about choices so both of these can work, but as a general rule of thumb the bigger your site is the more you're likely to want a VPS for it.
If you are new to the concept of VPS then you might not even know that it means 'Virtual Private Server' but that particular definition doesn't really help a whole lot if you want to know what exactly VPS Hosting is all about. The simple explanation is that instead of using a method of the popular alternative Shared Hosting where multiple website customers are all using the same server for their data, a VPS solution divides the server into wholly separate and independent sections that allow each customer to have their own part of the server.
