Love Green Lantern. What is a good story arc?
i just recently got hooked onto Comics again. I loved the recent green lantern story "The sinestro Corps War" and i was just curious if anyone had any suggestions as to what other green lantern stories i should read. I just recently bought the most recent GL Corps run from the beginning and the GL run starting with "Rebirth". I think they're GREAT!
so... any suggestions?
Frankly, I haven't read anything from GL that's been cooler than the Sinestro Corps story arc. The entire run that you're talking about is the tops. I'd stick around to see what they're going to do next. (I can't wait) But, to answer your question, you may want to check out Emerald Twilight issues ( Green Lantern vol. 3, #48-50) They touch on what is happening at the start of the Rebirth story arc and give background on the stuff that's going on now. Identity Crisis and Kingdom Come aren't specifically GL books, but they have him in it and are very good reads nonetheless. You should be able to find all this stuff collected in trade paperback at your local comic shop.

Green Lanterns Oath ?
Ok I love the Green Lantern and got in the mood so I decided to write an oath that I would say when i recharged my ring. hope you enjoy.
An oath I state to prove my worth,
I shall give justice its new rebirth,
Evil is omnipresent and must be fought,
A peaceful way must always be sought,
Violence is the last resort I take,
A better world I shall make,
With my will so strong I shall always fight,
The power I was given was Green Lanterns Light!
So what do you think. Please tell me honest answers. also if you would like to post an oath for any of the corps, blue, black, red, green, or anyothers, please do i would enjoy hearing them.
yeah I know that the original Hal Jordan oath is the best. but in the dc universe almost all GLs have different oaths. I just decided to create my own.
