What issues of uncanny x-men is joe madureira the artist for?
Well, he did work on the Uncanny X-men from '94 to '97, and he was one of the more popular artists at the time. He designed the costumes for the Age of Apocalypse! I cannot recall the issue numbers though - I do know that he incorporated a manga style while copycatting the look of Arthur Adams' work. It was refreshing to see!

Much has been written about bullies and their behavior. We all know they are everywhere and that there are many types of them. The workplace seems to be one of the playing fields of at least one type: the smooth bully. This type of bully operates in a very sophisticated manner. He does not perform his bullying overtly, at least not from the start, therefore, it may be difficult to identify him.
In many cases, the smoothness of this sort of bully is a result of his own cowardice. He is unable to do the bullying openly for any observer to spot him and say: Look, there's a bully! Although a victim of his own nature, he does not have the guts to let the world see him for what he is.
Here are some signs that Joe, your co-worker, is a smooth bully. While an overt bully (I will talk about that type of bully in the near future) would shamelessly harass you about what you are doing, are not doing or must do at work, Joe would ask, "What have your been working on?" Since he is not your boss, it is none of his business.
This one may sound familiar, and it is also a very subtle bullying act. Remember that business meeting in which your boss and some other members of your department were discussing a new project? When the time came to assign who was going to be in charge of what, there was Joe raising his hand to say that you are a very organized person and that you would be the perfect candidate to handle the task in question.
What about this one? You call the office to say that you are sick and would be out for the day. Since the office policy is that you must talk to someone and your boss is not there, you tell Joe. Ideally, he should respond that he would pass the message and wish you a prompt recovery. But, remember two things. First, your situation is not ideal and, most importantly, it is a smooth bully we are dealing with here. "Are you coming back tomorrow?", asks Joe. "We are overloaded today", he insists.
In short, the smooth bully can't escape his nature, but at the same time is incapable of being honest about what his motives are. He operates in disguise. We must feel some compassion for him. He wants to exercise authority, but is not in a position to do so. He wants to act in accordance with his inner compulsion, but is afraid to do it. As the saying goes, "It must feel horrible to be him."
