Since the data is reconciled every month to keep track of the organization's budget, so the reports are prepared date wise so that one can view any report at any time. Whenever general ledger reconciliation report is prepared for a particular month date is issued to it. If some one wants to view the report at a particular time then just type the date, and select the accounts you want the report for. Three options would be there:
