Does the voice of Harley Quinn in Arkham Asylum sound differently?

Hi everyone, my question is simple. My friend and I were debating whether or not the voice of Harley Quinn sounds a bit differently in Arkham Asylum. I know they are the same voice actress and all but the pitch sounds a bit differently than Batman: The Animated Series's Quinn. Please help me resolve this debate once and for all so that my idiot absolutist friend will drop this stupid argument. If you can resolve this debate, I would be grateful. If I am wrong, so be it. Thank you.

It's called aging. Hamill can't get his Joker as high as he had it in the 90s. I noticed that back when he voiced Batman Bayond:Return of the Joker. Naturally, Harley's voice actress is going to get a deeper voice after not getting older & not having done Harley in at least 10 years. It's also possible that she forgot whether she was supposed to use a Brooklyn or Queens accent.

The Batman theme of LEGO sets first saw store shelves in 2006.  To date there have not been very many Batman LEGO Sets released when compared to other LEGO themes.  This makes collecting Batman LEGO Mini figures a bit easier than other LEGO themes, such as the Star Wars LEGO Theme which could literally have 100 or more LEGO mini figures.  Below is a comprehensive list of every Batman LEGO mini-figure:

The main problem a collector might have would be the price of these Batman mini-figs.  Because of how rare a few of these Batman LEGO Sets can be (namely the Arkham Asylum LEGO Set) it may be difficult to acquire a few of these LEGO mini-figures.  I would suggest checking out eBay for bulk LEGO auctions to see if you can come across an inexperienced seller that may not know exactly what he/she has.  Sometimes these bulk auctions slip through the cracks and can be sold relatively inexpensive when compared to what you would pay for an individual Batman mini figure.

As mentioned previously, the most difficult to acquire are the mini-figures from the Arkham Asylum LEGO Set.  This is because that set is very hard to come by and a few of the Batman LEGO mini figures that are included are exclusive to this set.  The Asylum set can sell for as much as $300 USD!  This is quite a bit more than your average collector is willing to pay.
