I want to start reading green lantern. SO i already know the order of them, but where do green lantern chronicles fit in

Sins of the Star Saphire
Sinestro Corp War

The character concept was introduced in 1940, and the Corps was introduced in 1959, so your reading list has some major gaps. "Chronicles" is probably the best place to start, it reprints Silver Age comics from the 50s and 60s, but the next of your titles wasn't published until 1989, so you will be missing the years of the Green Lantern/Green Arrow team-ups. You'll also miss the changes made to the Corps following the "Crisis on Infinite Earths" in 1985. The problem with your list is that it consists entirely of specials and crossover events, and not the regular monthly titles. Some of the regulars published since 1990 are probably still available in trade paperback form. The correct order of the titles in your reading list is:
• Emerald Dawn (1989-90)
• Emerald Dawn 2 (1991)
• Emerald Twilight (1994)
• Emerald Knights (1998)
• The Power of Ion (2004)
• Green Lantern: Rebirth (2004-5)
• Green Lantern Corps: Recharge (2005-6)
• Sinestro Corps Wars (2007)
• Green Lantern: Secret Origins (2008, retcons the Emerald Dawn series, not necessary to read it until after Sinestro Corps Wars)
• Final Crisis: Rage of the Red Lanterns (2008 one-shot, ties into events in the monthly "Green Lantern" #26-28 and #36-38)
• Sins of the Star Sapphire (2008-9)
• Blackest Night (2009-10, forms the third part of a trilogy with Rebirth and Sinestro Corps Wars)

At least you'll be up to date with the major events since 1990, but many people consider the 60s and 70s to be the classic era in terms of quality. And, as I said, this is just the special event stuff. You're still missing the monthly titles.
