When I see a really good looking girl I become really nervous and feel like jello. How can I prevent this?

I feel intimidated I think. Say I'm doing something with seriousness and confidence but as soon as I see a really good looking/sexy girl, I just become so soft and stupid and that makes a reflection on my face/expression. And when that girl sees me, she thinks I suck. How can I prevent this from happening? How can I not blow my composure?

Use it to your advantage, in the sense that, this girl is looking at you, and the more natural and free you are you will seem just that to her. It's not a big thing that she is looking at you, remember she is every bit as human as you are, with her own problems and interests.

Normalise her, a part of why the nervousness occurs may be due to the fact that you believe you are not good enough for her and she is just looking down on you because of this. This in turn can trigger the 'i must do something extraordinary in her presence in order to be good enough' mentality and cause you to freeze up.

You must embrace what is happening, yes she may be a beauty and as long as you are MAN you will feel some difference, the reaction is inevitable, though how you deal with it by understanding it is within your power.
