How can I make glow in the dark invitations for my sweet sixteen?

OK so, i'm having my sweet sixteen this year and my theme is glow in the dark.. how can i do glow in the dark invites? I know I can write on black paper in glow in the dark pens but does that need to be left out in the light first? are there any other ways of doing them?

i guess you can go to some arts and crafts store and buy some glow in the dark paint/pens. if not, i say you get NEON stuff since its kinda close to glow in the dark...to me anyways
