Me and my friend want to know how do we start our own
comic book/graphic novel company LIKE Marvel/DC.I am a comic writer
who also writes novels while he is the artist who draws

You have to line up distributors of course. There is no point publishing anything if kids can't get their hands on it.

My suggestion would be to do something like what the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles guys did and design a series put your money into a package you can schtup around to various comics shops. When You have that you should be able to figure out how much income you are going to get from it, and what kind of deals you can offer people.
