Being able to effectively defend yourself can be the difference between life and death when it comes to a street fight. I'm going to share some very effective self defense destruction advise with you!
If you happen to find yourself in the middle of a street fight, you need to be able to get out of it with minimal injuries and simultaneously eliminate your opponent. If simple escape is not an option, you have to be able to attack, to use all of the animal instinct, stamina, and strength you possess; prison self defense techniques can help.
Being able to defend yourself while taking blows to your kidneys, ribs, midsection, head, and groin, is an integral part of prison fighting. I will tell you how you can take your opponent out by rendering his fists useless when he tries to punch you.
It is widely known that protecting your head and face by maintaining a boxing position, your arms held in front of your face, is the best way to protect this area.
However, this is where my amazing prison self defense techniques come into play for you.
As the attacker goes to make that first strike toward your face, you need to have your leading hand going back to hold your ear and make a triangle from your arm that will take out his knuckles.
Your elbow will simultaneously block your face and destroy your attackers knuckles; as he readies his arm to throw the first punch, just raise the triangle your arm created, and let your elbow protect your face.
If you're boxing position has you in an open stance, you'll need to keep your elbows down to protect your ribs, but the arm triangle can be used very effectively. The following self defense techniques will help you take care of your other vital areas as well.
You can protect your lower extremities and groin by maintaining a leg stance that leaves your legs a shoulder width apart and utilize your knees to block kicks. Your feet can also be beneficial in stopping kicks before they happen, and you can also dodge and weave with your feet instead of standing in one spot. Staying fluid, as noted by legend Bruce Lee, is essential in a fight. Even more so when you are in a prison using self defense moves to stay alive!
You have to accept that eliminating your opponent is the most important part of prison self defense. You absolutely have to have to do maximum damage to your attacker in order to protect yourself. Your ability to remember and utilize this information is vital to your very survival.
Another way to protect yourself on the streets is to improve your fighting skills by taking the initiative to enroll in self defense and martial arts classes. It's also very important that you improve your knowledge of fighting by learning as much as you can about it.
